About this role

We're hiring a direct sales rep to sell Solantex to end customers nationally. This is a turn-and-burn, commission-only role: find the customer, close the deal, get it installed and paid, move to the next one. No residuals, no territory management, no channel babysitting. You sell, we install, you get paid, you're back out prospecting.

What you'd sell: telecom equipment and hardware to support customer deployments, plus Sunny Voice, Sunny Answering, and Sunny Dashboard subscriptions sold on monthly or yearly billing. Commission: 30% of spread per equipment unit sold. 40% of MRR, one-time on signup, for monthly-billed Sunny. 20% of annual value, one-time on signup, for yearly-billed Sunny. No residuals, one-time payouts only. Commission pays out after installation, configuration, and first payment collected, not at contract signature.

What you bring: a proven direct sales track record, ideally in telecom, SaaS, or B2B equipment sales. Comfortable working 100% commission with no base or draw. Self-generated pipeline, you're finding and closing your own deals. National reach, remote-based. Classification: 1099 independent contractor. No base or draw, commission-only. Territory is national with no restriction."
